What to expect when working with us

Our aim it to guide you at every step of the process. When your project is booked, that time is dedicated to working with you one-on-one to invest 100% of our energy and expertise into your success.

Intersted in working with us? Get in touch and we’ll arrange a complimentary session to answer your questions and discuss whether we’re a good fit.

We’ll present you with a proposal that best suits your requirements. Once agreed, we’ll request a deposit, sign the contract and schedule your project rollout dates.

03 .

We’ll ask you to completed a brand discovery document, and advise you with regards to domains, hosting, web content, brand imagery etc.

04 .

The project will roll out according your booked timeline. We’ll keep it on track as long as you’re on board to give feedback when required so we can GO LIVE on schedule.

This is anything from a 2 – 8 week intensive depending on what we have maped out in our initial proposal.

05 .

Lastly but not least, we ensure that you have received all final artwork and handover info, do a happy dance for you, and show it off a little on our socials 🙂
